Founders Story
Meet Jack
For half my life, boxing was my world. I trained at legendary gyms, fought competitively, earned my coaching badges and a BSc Degree in Strength & Conditioning . I thought I had all the answers.
Then my son Levi was born. Suddenly, I realised the most important fight of my life wasn't in the ring—it was right here at home.
I saw Dad’s everywhere struggling with the same thing I was: We want to connect with our Children. We want to build their confidence. But between iPads, busy schedules, and not knowing where to start, those precious moments slip away.
So I created Dad Jab—not to turn children into fighters, but to give parents like you a simple, fun way to bond with your children while building the skills that matter: confidence, focus, and resilience.

After years of competitive competing in England amateur boxing, I pivoted my career towards coaching, helping children build confidence and achieve something in sport was what I am most passionate about.
BSc science in strength and conditioning
I achieved a BSc in Science and Conditioning at St Mary's University in 2021.
