Dad Jab exists for one reason: to bring families closer together..
We know how fast the years go. The school runs, the packed schedules, the screens pulling attention in every direction. It's easy for the quality time to slip away. Dad Jab is our answer to that — a simple, fun way for parents and children to train together, laugh together, and grow together, right in your own living room.
Through short, structured boxing drills and games, we help children build real confidence, sharper focus, and the kind of resilience that lasts long beyond childhood. No expensive gym membership. No long journeys required. Just you, your child at home.
Boxing gave us discipline, courage, and a community. Dad Jab was built to share that with the next generation — starting at home, starting with you.
Meet Jack
For half my life, boxing was my world. I trained at legendary gyms, fought competitively, earned my coaching badges and a BSc Degree in Strength & Conditioning . I thought I had all the answers.
Then my son Levi was born. Suddenly, I realised the most important fight of my life wasn't in the ring—it was right here at home.
I saw Dad’s everywhere struggling with the same thing I was: We want to connect with our Children. We want to build their confidence. But between iPads, busy schedules, and not knowing where to start, those precious moments slip away.
So I created Dad Jab—not to turn children into fighters, but to give parents like you a simple, fun way to bond with your children while building the skills that matter: confidence, focus, and resilience.
Driven by passion
Dad Jab wasn't built in a boardroom — it was built on the gym floor, in front of a mirror, coaching children who were scared to throw their first punch and watching them walk out taller than they walked in.
That's where Dad Jab was born — not as a fitness app, but as a family app with boxing at its heart. Every drill is designed with intention. Every game is built to connect. Because we believe the greatest thing a parent can do isn't just keep their kids busy — it's show up, get involved, and be present.
