It's Tough Being a Parent

  • iPads are everywhere — Get more eye contact than screen time with active play that brings you closer.

  • Don't know where to start? — Ready-made sessions planned for you, so you can jump straight into the fun.

  • Short on time? — 10–15 minute drills designed for busy parents who want maximum impact, minimum hassle.

I Thought I Knew Everything about coaching — Until I Became a Dad.

For half my life, boxing was my world. I trained at legendary gyms, fought competitively, earned my coaching badges. I thought I had all the answers.

Then my son Levi was born. Suddenly, I realised the most important fight of my life wasn't in the ring—it was right here at home.

I saw dads everywhere struggling with the same thing I was: We want to connect with our kids. We want to build their confidence. But between iPads, busy schedules, and not knowing where to start, those precious moments slip away.

So I created Dad Jab—not to turn kids into fighters, but to give parents like you a simple, fun way to bond with your children while building the skills that matter: confidence, focus, and resilience.

It starts with boxing. But it's really about becoming the hero for your Children.
